All kits are sent ground advantage; non-infused products will be sent ground advantage when weighing under a pound and priority over a pound.  All infused products will be sent UPS or Fedex, non-infused will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise arraigned. 

We are not responsible if your package is delivered, as indicated by tracking, and can not be located.  It is up to you to resolve with your local carrier.  Reshipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped - it is at our discretion of when to apply reshipping fees.
